We're excited to share some good news!
Horizon Over the Spectrum has been awarded funding from received funding from the Georgia Health Policy Center through the Georgia State Physical
Activity and Nutrition (G-SPAN) initiative. G-SPAN is supported by the Centers for Disease
Control and Prevention’s State Physical Activity and Nutrition Program (SPAN)!
This year, we’re taking Harvest Connections™ a step further by working with local Early Care and Education (ECE) providers to integrate nutrition education, sensory-friendly food exploration, and monthly taste tests into classroom learning.
This is about more than introducing children to fruits and vegetables. It’s about creating sustainable systems that help build healthy habits early.
We're grateful for the opportunity to continue this work and excited for what’s ahead.
