Sensory Summer Extended (SSE): Now Through December 2025!
Our Sensory Summer initiative was such a success that we’re keeping the momentum going! Horizon Over the Spectrum is excited to announce Sensory Summer Extended, a monthly series of inclusive, sensory-friendly outings designed for neurodiverse children and their families in metro Atlanta.
Each month, we’ll explore a new location—from farms and museums to play spaces and holiday-themed experiences—all carefully selected to offer low-sensory environments, smaller crowds, and big fun for little ones on the spectrum.
Here’s what you need to know:

Events will be shared via calendar invites once you register.

No public event list will be posted to help maintain a safe and sensory-considerate space.

Text updates, reminders, and RSVP options will be available.

EBT cardholders may qualify for discounted admission at several venues—check event details!

Some scholarships and sponsored tickets are available for families with financial need.
