Horizon Over the Spectrum, Inc. is committed to operating with integrity, transparency, and accountability. This Whistleblower Policy encourages board members, employees, volunteers, contractors, and community members to report concerns regarding potential misconduct or violations without fear of retaliation.
Scope of Reportable Concerns
This policy applies to reports involving:

Reporting Procedure
Concerns may be reported in good faith via email or through any designated reporting form or platform used by Horizon Over the Spectrum. Reports may be made anonymously where permitted.
Non-Retaliation
Horizon Over the Spectrum strictly prohibits retaliation against any individual who, in good faith, reports a concern or participates in an investigation. Any act of retaliation will result in disciplinary action, up to and including removal from affiliation with the organization.
Investigation and Resolution
All reports will be taken seriously and reviewed promptly. Investigations will be conducted discreetly and fairly, and corrective action will be taken when appropriate.
